01 General Overview

S6six (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "s6six") is an online entertainment and gaming platform for gamers in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between s6six and its users ("you" or "member").

By using the s6six website, mobile app, or any of our digital services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English so that members in Bangladesh can easily understand them. Any future changes will be updated on this page and registered members will be notified by email.

02 Account Registration

To play on s6six, you must first create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email used during registration must be your own. Using someone else's number or email is strictly prohibited.
• Your password must be kept strong and must not be shared with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, birth certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• To update your account information, please contact the support team. Attempting to change sensitive details on your own may result in your account being locked.

03 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on s6six. This is one of our most fundamental Terms and Conditions and will not be waived under any circumstances.

04 Deposit & Payment

Depositing on s6six is simple and secure. We support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. The following Terms and Conditions apply to deposits:

• Only use your own mobile banking number for deposits. Deposits from third-party numbers may not be accepted.
• Save your transaction ID after every deposit. It serves as proof if any issue arises.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account, please wait 30 minutes before contacting support.
• No extra charges are applied on deposits. However, your mobile operator may charge a fee.

05 Withdrawal Policy

S6six makes withdrawing your winnings simple and fast. On average, funds reach your mobile banking number within 15 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.
• Your account must have a completed KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
• The number used for withdrawal must match the number used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different number are not permitted.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be fulfilled.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000. For amounts above this, please contact support.

06 Bonus & Promotional Offers

S6six regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, and it is important that you read and understand them fully.

• Welcome Bonus: A special bonus for first-time depositors. Withdrawal is available once the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: A specific amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One member, one bonus: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device will be considered bonus abuse.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is awarded on losing bets within a set period and is credited directly to your balance.
• S6six reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, though bonuses already claimed will not be affected.

07 Gaming Policy

All games on s6six are operated fairly and transparently. Every game uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited to meet international standards.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. No game is "hot" or "cold" — every round is independent.
• Live Casino games are run by real-time dealers and are equally fair.
• For Sports Betting, official results are final. In the case of any disputed match, the decision of s6six authorities is binding.
• If your internet connection drops during a gaming session, the game will continue to run. Once reconnected, you will be able to see the updated result.
• If an incorrect payment occurs due to a technical error, s6six reserves the right to recover that amount.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s6six platform. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using bots, automation software, or any unfair technical advantage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Conducting illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members or attempting to hack their accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

09 Closing Your Account

You may voluntarily close your s6six account at any time. Contact the support team and your account will be closed within 24 hours.

• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Withdrawals will not be possible once the account has been closed.
• S6six reserves the right to close any account at any time without notice for violation of the rules.
• If you voluntarily close your account for Responsible Gaming reasons, it cannot be reopened for a set period (6 months to 5 years).
• Even after account closure, s6six may retain your data for a specified period to meet legal obligations.
